01 — The World
Wag is a house and tech-house artist building a world, not a following. The world came first, and it runs on the codes of the leisure class — golf courses, country clubs, lake houses and boats at home; the Riviera, the gilt rooms and the alpine season away. Every record, every shoot and every party is set somewhere on that list. He learned it in Dallas and moved it to the coast, where the water does more of the work.
He grew up fluent in all of it — the clubhouse, the course, the boat, the manners. The family business was there for him and he didn't take it. He chose house music instead, which is the most expensive thing he owns.
Nobody follows Wag for the tracks alone.
They follow the standard the tracks come wrapped in.
